Getting started with your TX-E device

Welcome to the TX-E family!

Our products are designed to be simple and effective delivering connectivity where other products can't.

To get started you will need to download the TX-E Connect app from the play store (Android) or the app store (IOS).

Getting connected is a matter of following these simple steps:

  1. Power on your device.

  2. Open the TX-E Connect app and connect to the device, the device name will begin with TX-E.

  3. Scan for your WiFi connection, enter the network credentials when prompted
    (this will be your uplink, it can be long range or standard WiFi)

  4. Set the WiFi type and network settings to broadcast on

  5. Connect your device, TX-E products or other to the new network.

Note:

When your device powers on it will advertise for a Bluetooth connection for the first 5 minutes. If your device is not showing, restart the device by turning it off then on again.
